中国R字签证谁能申请？含金量有哪些？

A Zvisa is also known as a work visa, and holders of a Z visa must enterthe country within the validity period of the visa and apply for aresidence permit at the local public security office within 30 daysfrom the date of entry. 1.Applyonline for the confirmation letter of foreign top talents. Theapplicant's inviting unit will submit an application online for theconfirmation letter of foreign top talents through the managementservice system for foreigners coming to work in China.

1.网上申请外国高端人才确认函，由申请人的邀请单位通过外国人来华工作管理服务系统，在线提交申请办理外国高端人才确认函。

2.Approvalby the Bureau of Foreign Experts. If the conditions of approval aremet, the Department of Science and Technology (Bureau of ForeignExperts) will issue a confirmation letter for foreign top talentswithin 5 working days.

2.由外国专家局审批，符合审批条件的，科技厅（外专局）在5个工作日内出具外国高端人才确认函。

3.Applyfor R-word visa with the confirmation letter of foreign top talents.Applicants can apply for an R-word visa at our embassies andconsulates abroad with the confirmation letter of foreign talents.
